AI Calendar 4.3/5 — our rating

Reclaim.ai

Organizes your calendar on its own: blocks time for tasks, reschedules meetings when there's a conflict, and protects focused work hours.

Reclaim.ai is worth it if your week fills up with meetings and loose tasks and you end up manually rearranging your calendar every time a conflict comes up. Instead of just being a calendar where you log events, the AI automatically blocks time for the pending tasks you add, and if a new meeting comes in that clashes with that block, it reschedules it on its own to another free slot.

Today it’s part of Dropbox (which acquired it in 2024), but it still runs as an independent product, with its own pricing and no major changes since the acquisition.

In practice

This shows up in things like: automatically blocking two hours a week to prepare a recurring report without having to remember to schedule it yourself, protecting a focused work block that reschedules itself if someone books a meeting over it, or spreading a large task into smaller blocks across the week instead of leaving it for the last minute.

Plans and pricing (2026)

  • Lite (free) — basic calendar and time-blocking features, with limits on how many automations can be active.
  • Starter and Business (between USD 10 and USD 15 per user/month billed annually) — more habits and active automations, Outlook sync in addition to Google Calendar, and more detailed rescheduling priorities.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing for larger organizations.

For this review we went through the current plan structure and the state of the product after the Dropbox acquisition.

What to know before choosing

What’s worth knowing before relying on this: the suggestions improve with use over time, so the first few weeks the automatic rearranging may not quite fit how you actually work yet — it’s worth giving it some runway before drawing conclusions. The free plan works to test the concept, but the most useful automations (multiple active habits, rescheduling priorities) are on the paid plans.

Worth it for anyone with a schedule packed with recurring meetings and tasks who loses time manually reorganizing their calendar. If your week has few meetings or a simple calendar, you probably don’t need this layer of automation yet.

Pros

  • Automatically blocks time for pending tasks, not just meetings already on the calendar
  • Rearranges the calendar on its own when a conflict comes up, no manual rescheduling
  • Integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, no need to switch calendars

Cons

  • The free plan limits the most useful automation features quite a bit
  • Needs a few weeks of use before its suggestions really fit your actual habits
