Calendly solves something that looks small but eats up a lot of time: coordinating a meeting time. Instead of sending several emails proposing time slots, you share a link and the other person picks whatever works, synced automatically with your real calendar.
Its newest feature, Calendly Notetaker, adds AI capabilities to the meeting itself: it transcribes what was said, generates a summary and suggests next steps, so the tool no longer just schedules — it also documents what happened in the meeting.
It has a functional but basic free plan (one event type, one calendar), and paid per-user plans with growing tiers of integrations and customization. It’s one of the most widely adopted tools for coordinating meetings with people outside your company.
